- Are Le Chic Studio pieces HANDMADE?
- Yes! Each piece is 100 percent handmade by the designers. We hand dye, cut and sew our materials for each lovely design. ♥Due to the nature of handmade designs each piece will vary from the next but will be very similar to the picture you see. This makes each item a one of a kind piece made especially for you! You may also find vintage pieces used in our finished products that where found in near and far away places of the world. If so, this will be stated in the product description.
- May I CUSTOMIZE my very own headpiece and veil?
- Of Course! We love customizing one of a kind pieces to fit one's individual style! Please email us info [!at] lechicstudio.com with your request. Be sure to include "custom order" in the subject line. Customer orders have an expected wait time of 2-3 weeks>
- Do we accept WHOLESALE orders?
- Yes, If you are interested in carrying Le Chic Studio products, please feel free to email us with "wholesale" in the subject line: [email protected] Please include your business name, website url, and any other relevant information. We look forward to hearing from you!
- When can i expect to receive my lovely order?
- With the exception of custom orders we normally ask for 2-3 keeks in production and 2-3 days shipping within the US. If outside the US please expect 6-10 days shipping. During some periods we are busier than others. If this is the case we may request for a longer production time. This will be updated on our website and our shops pages.
- How do I care for my new Le Chic Studio piece once I've received it?
- ::Always handle your piece gently and with delicate care:: Remove your veil from the packaging and hang up to breath and unwrinkle. In most cases you will need to steam your veil to loosen any wrinkles that may have set in during shipping.
- What is Le Chic Studio's Exchange/Return policy?
- All of our designs are fully guaranteed. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and hope you contact us with any questions or concerns after receiving an item. Please understand that due to the nature of custom made designs, we are unable to offer returns on CUSTOM orders. On any of our readymade pieces we will gladly offer a return or exchange, as long as we are contacted within 24-48 hours of the piece being received. At that point we ask that the piece be returned in its original condition within 2 weeks (longer for international orders, 4 wks).
